The flavour will vary with the type of honey and spices used as well as the fermentation process.
We have developed a unique blend of honey's which give our Spiced Honey Mead a Rich flavourfull taste that is unsurpassed the world over. We only use multistage filtered rain water to aid the fermentation process. no sulphates are used.
